Whats the catch?

The catch is that it is subject to a 3 year support agreement with Genisys and it is payable monthly. Genisys will monitor and manage the server over the 3 years from as little as $10 a day. After the initial 3 years, the server is yours to keep with no additional obligation to contiue the support agreement. We are so confident in the service we provide that you will see the value we offer and will happily continue the agreement.

Unlimited Remote support - If there are any problems with your server, internet, email, etc then you can call us and we will remotely connect to you and resolve the issue - at no additional charge. The from $10 a day is all you pay.

Proactive system monitoring - Our monitoring service will run checks on your network, up to every 5 minutes to check that everything is in working order. If any issues arise, we will immediatly begin fixing it, in some cases before you know there is a problem!. We will also do a daily check to ensure backups have run correctly and that any critical server and anti virus updates are current. You will also get a daily email showing the status of your network.

Free consultancy - As our valued customer, you can call us any time and ask for advice. We pride ourselves on being able to help organisations overcome their business and technology difficulties to help them become more successful.

Discounted onsite rates - If you do require onsite assistance, you will get a special customer discount rate. Or you could upgrade from the $$$ / day pacakge and get all your on site work included in the price.

Installation - Included in the once off setup fee, Genisys will provide you with your server, completely updated and installed, and will set it up and get it all ready for you to start working immediately.
