Genisys Supply Chain Management services comprises the provision of hardware, software and related fulfilment services to clients.

The deliverable is provided by sales, sales support, purchasing, warehouse and configuration. These areas cover everything from initial client engagement through to the delivery of the requirement to the client.

The Genisys service is based around the value added by the entirety of the offering and our ability to tailor an offer specifically to client requirements, be they run of the mill price/lead time issues or more comprehensive partnership offerings. This is coupled with our ability to offer managed services, from remote services delivered on the client site through to full utility out-tasking and outsourcing.

Account Management and Sales Support

All clients will have a dedicated account manager. The account manager is supported by a dedicated sales support person who is part of the sales support team. Sales support are office based, ensuring that there is always a point of contact available for all requests. These may range from, but are not limited to, providing quotes, lead times, order updates, technical and product queries. Sales support also process all customer orders, that once entered onto the system are fully visible throughout the order process up to point of delivery. The various subsequent parts of the supply chain (purchasing, warehouse and configuration) continually put updated information into the system so sales support can manage the customer’s expectation throughout the order process.

 
Purchasing

The Genisys purchasing department manage long established relationships with leading vendors and distributors to ensure competitive pricing and prompt and efficient deliveries. They also expedite outstanding orders on a daily basis to ensure accurate lead times are available to the client when required.

 
Configuration

Genisys has a purpose built configuration centre, staffed by vendor accredited technicians. We have dedicated server and storage infrastructure with over 500GB of customer images for rapid deployment. We offer a full range of configuration services from simple DOA test through software/image loads up to full server configuration and installation into racks at a customer site.

  Full range of delivery options ranging from simple drop ship deliveries direct from our     suppliers through to a high volume, staged, fully managed delivery roll out. Same day, next     day, scheduled, and time specific delivery options available.
  Full range of configuration services, both hardware and software. Asset tagging and     asset registering
  On site configuration services including install to desk and full rack builds and installations.
