With over 25 years of experience working exclusively in the IT industry, Rob is a trusted consultant and advisor to leading organisations across Asia Pacific.
With a strong focus on Infrastructure solutions, Rob’s career has included senior engineering and senior executive level roles with accountability for technology strategy and transformation, infrastructure and operations, enterprise architecture, organisational change management and program management with industry experience extending across financial services, aviation and technology services.
Rob is responsible for developing and maturing Genisys’ service offerings, leading technical services teams that focus on customer outcomes, delivering superior results, seek improvement initiatives and work together to deliver business outcomes.
DIRECTOR (DATA CENTRE SERVICES)
PETER SRBINOVSKI
Peter is an accomplished, accountable, self-motivated and very experienced senior business and Information Technology Executive with over 27 years industry experience, specifically in Enterprise Infrastructure & Architecture, Database Services, Business Intelligence and Software Development.
With extensive business, information & communication and technology experience and industry knowledge spanning financial services, government and technology services, Peter specialises in delivering systems that meet or exceed availability and business continuity requirements, specifically working with complex business ecosystems.
Having significant Leadership, Program/Project and Operations management experience, Peter has specialised in managing highly effective teams of DBA’s, Business Intelligence, and Infrastructure Professionals in delivering high-performance systems with maximum uptime.
Peter also has a broad experience and capability in identifying trends, providing strategic direction and leadership to support innovation, business change and transformation.

BOB JOVANOVSKI
A result-driven IT Executive with more than 25 years experience in diverse environments, Bob is a dynamic, accomplished Service Delivery Manager, highly regarded for building service management frameworks and driving operational excellence.
Known as a decisive leader with the capacity to develop service and operational readiness discipline in support of operational compliance. Recognised for flawlessly managing complex projects and diverse teams to exacting standards. Bob is an Out-of-the-box thinker who champions innovative solutions to the development of policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance, security, and governance.
