Fast forward to 2016 and Genisys is now a growing team of highly skilled individuals located across 3 offices in Sydney and Melbourne, supporting a growing list of diverse customers in the public and private sectors.
With our unwavering desire for continual self-improvement, we decided to up the ante and prove to ourselves and demonstrate to our customers that our commitment to uphold the highest standards was important to us. We embarked on a journey to attain dual certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management.
With the entire Genisys team up for the challenge, we set ourselves an aggressive target of 10 months to achieve our goal.
In 8 months we achieved the following:
- September 2016 – The process of constructing our management systems begins
- December 2016 – Genisys attains certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- April 2017 – Genisys attains certification in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management
